The devastating, easy-to-learn techniques utilize the body's natural weapons: knees, elbows, fists, and shins.

Like any other martial art, anyone wishing to become proficient in Muay Thai must start with the basics. We offer classes for people who are just starting in Muay Thai through the highest level athletes. The Bernales Institute of Martial Arts is part of the World Thai Boxing Association, the oldest and largest Thai Boxing association in the country. Grand Master Chai is a world-renowned fighter, trainer, teacher, and pioneer in the art of Muay Thai. He is credited as being the first man to bring Muay Thai from Thailand to the United States of America in 1968.
